Sols 4316-4317: Searching for Sulfur

.Browsing the ruggedized, demanding Martian surface is regularly a challenge, and also our current attempt to reach the "Lambs Spring" aim at highlights this. We had pursued tiny, remote bright stones, yet from fifty gauges away (concerning 164 feet), the limited resolution of our photos created it challenging to tweak navigation. After an enthusiastic ride, the vagabond came agonizingly close-- quiting simply except these small vivid rocks. The rocks, along with their unique rounded as well as countered "enduring" pattern (pictured), strongly appear like elemental sulfur shuts out that our experts've come across prior to. Frustratingly, although the target rocks were right under the main wheel and accurately noticeable in our navigation cameras, they stayed just out of grasp of the wanderer's arm.
